WARRANTY POLICY

Seis Sentidos HandBags is an organization committed to producing high-quality products and rigorous quality control processes. We ensure we obtain optimal raw materials, distributed by reputable companies in Colombia and worldwide. Throughout our production process, we maintain continuous improvement and provide adequate training to our staff to prevent and promptly identify quality issues, thus guaranteeing that our customers receive products that meet the highest quality standards.

We provide a warranty on our products for 3 months from the date of purchase, for defects in manufacturing, hardware or materials.

Products must be sent to the address Carrera 16 # 110-09 in Bogotá, or a return can be requested through the website www.seissentidos.com.co via the contact link or by email to hola@seissentidos.com for the warranty to be processed. The warranty may consist of a product exchange or reprocessing, depending on the case. The warranty response time is up to 30 calendar days.

The lifespan of any of our products depends on their specific use, which must be in accordance with the intended conditions. The warranty does not apply to products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded their reasonable lifespan.

– Failure to comply with proper product handling.

– Warranty period exceeded (3 months)

– The products show signs of mistreatment or improper use.

SHIPPING POLICY

Coverage

Seis Sentidos HandBags ships nationwide in Colombia through the carriers operating in each region. Shipping costs can be checked by the customer in their destination city. It's important to remember that the nationwide shipping cost is a flat rate of 10,000 Colombian pesos, unless a promotion states otherwise. Additionally, shipping is only available if the city or town where the purchase was made has a legally authorized carrier.

Delivery times

Before confirming the order, the delivery time will be communicated via a corporate email, which will confirm the tracking number and the delivery time.

Delivery times begin counting from the payment confirmation. For credit card payments using the PayU button, the payment platform must approve the transaction based on data analysis, which may take up to one business day. For cash on delivery, delivery times begin counting immediately after the purchase is made. Upon payment approval, an email confirmation will be sent. IMPORTANT: Please remember that for cash on delivery, the minimum order value must be $100,000 and the maximum $300,000 for your order to be shipped. Otherwise, you must use one of our other available payment methods. Shipping cost

Purchases exceeding $50,000 will have no shipping cost; purchases below that value will have a cost depending on the city and carrier, with a maximum cost per garment of $14,000 and a maximum value per kilo per shipment.

RETURN POLICIES

Seis Sentidos Handbags offers a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. In case of exchange or return, the customer must assume the shipping costs. The warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage caused by misuse.

Please note that:

  • Promotional items are not eligible for return.
  • Product refunds will always be issued at the price at which they were purchased; the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Reason for return

Warranty (quality) 60 business days after receiving the product

Right of withdrawal from purchase 5 business days after receiving the product

Payment reversal by electronic means: 5 business days after receipt or from the moment you should have received the product.

INVOICED NOT SHIPPED

Upon receiving your order, you have a maximum of five (5) business days to file claims for missing items. Therefore, when the carrier delivers your order, carefully inspect the contents of the bag. If you find any discrepancies or missing items, please contact us. After five business days, no claims will be accepted for missing products in your order.

Return options:

Once you submit your return request with the necessary information and the product's condition is verified (if the return is not due to quality issues, the product must be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, and must not be modified or altered from its original state), a shipping label will be sent to your email within 24 hours so you can return your product free of charge. You must print the label (it already contains all the necessary information; you do not need to fill in any additional details) and take it with the product to any of the shipping company's locations within the country.

Once you have requested the return of your product within the defined period, the process will proceed according to the Six Senses HandBags WARRANTY POLICY.
